We provide consultancy and training for clients who wish to use or are currently using an NEC contract for procuring or providing works or services. The company was formed in 2017 and is owned and operated by David Hunter.

About Us
Consultancy
We provide advice and support on the full spectrum of NEC3 and NEC4 suite of contracts. Our services range from providing advice as and when you need it to a complete contract procurement delivery solution from the outset of your project.
Training
We provide training in the preparation and use of NEC3 and NEC4 contracts. Our range of training courses are suitable for people at all levels of knowledge and experience. Training can be delivered face-to-face at a location of your choice or virtually using MS Teams.
David Hunter
David is an NEC contract specialist. With over thirty years of experience, he has a proven record in delivering complex projects with multiple stakeholders in both the public and private sector. A professionally qualified and conscientious individual with an established career in civil engineering and construction, his projects include working in the infrastructure, transport, energy, education, leisure, manufacturing, and commercial industries.
David’s experience with the NEC suite of contracts extends over a twenty-year period acting as Employer, NEC Project Manager and Contractor. A strong advocate of the NEC forms, David believes it provides an equitable means of procurement and managing risk in an effective and collaborative manner whilst working within a commercial environment. David has practical experience acting in the role of the NEC Project Manager and in 2015 was named ‘NEC Project Manager of the Year’ at the inaugural NEC awards.
David is also a tutor and assessor for the NEC Project Manager, Supervisor and Service Manager accreditation programmes.
